Lifestyle Health Alliance is a nonprofit Nebraska corporation classified by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity that is operated entirely on a volunteer basis. Lifestyle Health Alliance promotes awareness of lifestyle approaches to prevent and reverse chronic disease and improve health by organizing and participating in various community events, such as its signature Healthy for a Lifetime conference. This event features internationally recognized physicians and researchers in the area of chronic disease reversal and nutrition based, lifestyle medicine and actual former patients who have used food as medicine to reverse serious health conditions. The event also provides practical information and a demonstration of how to incorporate these foods into daily life and features delicious whole food plant-based meals. Healthy for a Lifetime is a registered Service Mark with the state of Nebraska.
